Process: Requesting all archival footage from past projects. Two production days for interviews.

Mindful Urgent Care: Staff Interviews
Goal: Interviewing the staff of a new urgent care service that is revolutionizing the rehabilitation process.
Process: On locations interviews with the main staff of this medical organization.
Deliverables: (7) Video, 3 minutes for each medical provider. Published on the Mindful Urgent Care website for each staff member on their individual profile page, and used for online marketing via social and email.

MoMA: The Modern Biker Jacket
Goal: Produce a short documentary on the production and installations of the "Modern Biker Jacket" for the MoMA.
Process: Spending 2 weeks in the Asher Levine studio in New York City recording day-to-day preparation of this one of a kind jacket.
Deliverables: (3) 30-second promotional videos, (1) short doc.

West Coast SDPA - RECAP 2019
Each year the SDPA has an annual summit on the west coast and east coast.
The Bolex team is tasked with live streaming 30+ keynotes speakers for internal promotional purposes.
Also, providing a mobile studio to all live events in order to build a content library of testimonials, training videos, and, product demos.

What were your goals for this project?
To get a finished edit for the Music Video... it was well achieved and is now submitted to festivals. For changemakers, we collaborated to do the production, editing and get the best film out. we are in the last stages of editing as there was a gap due to budgets.
How did you select this vendor?
I connected with TJ through social media, i pitched my documentary project. He and Brandon both loved it and ever since we work as a great collaboration team. Change Makers -
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
Change Makers - This is a doc series, I approached the team with my story and concept along with the shooting plan. They worked out all production equipment, crew and did great in putting everything together. Post shooting Brandon and I worked closely on our pitch edits, etc. GHSLWear - I provided Brandon with all material to edit the music video and that was it...he worked on my brief and added his creative magic to make it shine.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
TJ and Brandon have worked with me in extreme collaboration on every stage. Besides equipment, they have brought in resources of sound, BTS, etc.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
GHSLWear - Music Video is currently submitted to festivals. The official launch of the fashion video was expected in Spring but due to COVID its pushed back. Changmakers - we have prepared the pitch edit and are currently seeking funding for post-production.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Great...we have very close interactions.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They are very supportive, enthusiastic, creative blokes who enjoy doing creative work. They never say No to anything right away and always try to give it a shot first. Thats why we are in unison.

Nothing in particular as there is a lot of communication and exchange of information so nothing slips into the gap.

We intend to use the video/footage on our website and social media to help introduce the brand to consumers throughout the world.

Recommendation from a valued friend/business colleague. Their unique vintage style was perfect for our vintage brand.

The video brings NYC and the East Village to life as the backdrop for the birth of the Fabulous Fanny's store. In the process of editing, we had a major change to our business and business model, thereby requiring a complete overhaul to the script and storytelling.
Bolex couldn't have been more flexible. Moreover, we couldn't quite figure out the "voice" for the brand until Brandon (Bolex) did a read for us. His VO couldn't have been more perfect.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
Bolex was an incredible partner in script development, changes, recommendations, wardrobe, and keeping things on track. They were always responsive and honest with feedback.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
As of now, the only outcome is internal. The key executives feel even more proud of their brand. We have yet to launch the online direct to consumer website due to Coronavirus.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Bolex was extremely flexible and couldn't have been a better partner to us. Given the massive change to our business model, Bolex could have bitched and moaned about the changes, but instead chose to cheer us on and become part and parcel of the brand evolution.

We needed a youthful passion and perspective for our brand, and Bolex has that in spades. Great people and truly easy to work with.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I'd only recommend that they trust their gut and challenge their clients even more.

To have both a professional theatrical and film reel for my website and to be content with the material I was putting forward.

I had contacted Bolex Studios and inquired about the process of making a reel. Then, TJ and I scheduled a time that both worked for us, and we worked together for about 4-5 hours on both a theatrical and film reel. Then, I was sent footage of both products.

Yes, I was finally able to submit to projects that required reels and even got auditions at equity theatres because of my reel. I also booked employment this summer at Bay Street as an acting apprentice partially due to my reelS.
