Bold Brands has developed a comprehensive packaging concept for our Prosecco wine product line, which includes the brand logo. They have also prepared product labels and technical drawings for printing.

Although the project is still in its early stages, we have already received positive feedback from our retail partners, both locally and internationally.

All the assignments was done on time. Also got many advices regarding market segmentation, branding and visual identity. It was very convenient to communicate with only one person, who delivered all the needs to all the team.

We created the brand Coffee Cruise and developed its positioning and strategy. We designed more than 10 packaging concepts for the main Single Origin coffees. Additionally, we introduced a Blend coffee line called Black Edition, targeted at the mainstream segment.

Sales of the packaged coffee brand "Coffee Cruise" increased more than tenfold in the first five years.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Bold Brands to accomplish?

• We came to Bold Brands with a specific task: we wanted to refresh the design of our organic juice and smoothie packaging. The task was twofold - we needed to differentiate the eco-friendly product line from regular products while maintaining the overall brand concept, and at the same time make it stand out more on shelves. We also had various technical issues that we wanted Bold Brands to help us solve through design solutions.

Two new packaging design concepts were created: one for eco-friendly juices and another for smoothies. More than 12 different flavor labels were designed, each with unique illustrations. Additional marketing materials were also prepared, including website design, social media communication, illustrative product photos, and so on

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We believe that the work carried out was truly successful. Locally in Lithuania, we expanded our range among existing clients and were also accepted into several new large stores. Additionally, we significantly increased our success in foreign markets, entering several countries both within and outside the European Union

Work process went really smooth. Initially we had a meeting where we discussed project plan as well timetable. After the meeting we went on to finalize everything by email. After we agreed on the work process and timetable, Bold Brands delievered everything and even more on time and in the wuality we wanted.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We really did like their attitude towardsthe client. The ability to listen to our needs and pains as well as their deep understanding of FMCG sector and its specifics.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bold Brands could have done differently?

As with all creative agencies, planning and sticking to the agreed timetable can be a challenge for both parties :). As a client you need to understand, that you work with creative people. So it is always better to have firm hand on project management and check in advance that all parties know the project timetable and stick to it.
