Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Boglex had to deliver a robust mobile app which I can use to go on a market and attract more investors, the defined deliverables were:

• A login and signup interface
• A strength awareness survey - where the user answer a few questions and the app detect his strengths
• Develop a custom survey with 3 versions 10,15 and 45 mins where the user will answer to some questions and after that, Artificial Intelligence will analyse the answers and generate a coaching report
• Coaching report to give the user a few insights and guidance about his strengths
• Push weekly learning contents to the user, customized for his strengths
• Allow the user to gain points into the app by reading the learning contents
• Develop a levels and badges system
• Develop a Ai Chat interface for the user to talk with the Ai using our pre-built prompts and using the achieved points into the app
• Push scheduled notifications
• Implement a refferal system (invite-to-earn)

 There might be something I missed, but this is the overall scope of work. To be mentioned that also in the scope is building an iOS and Android app.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I think there are just a few:

1. We were able to push the app into the App Store and Google Play within the timeline
2. We were able to develop all the requested features without any blokers - they are very professionals
3. I am very satisfied with the final product
4. We have gained 100 users and all of them seem to be amazed about how the app works
5. I achieved what I had in mind with this project, and looking to develop it more after getting investors

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project management was fine, I were in direct contact with a management board member and he guided me through all of this project. During the development I collaborated with some of their team members (Designer, Lead Software Dev) to help them on understanding the details of the project.

About on time delivery, yes. They delivered everything on time and when they were not able to deliver on time (the sprint) they just announced me and I understood there could be situations that depends of some 3rd parties, but in the end the entire project was finished in the timeline.

About how they responded to my needs, they were prompt and professional. They have guided me through something new I just experienced (developing a software app) and what I really liked is that Boglex team understood what I want to achieve with the app in which timeline and worked with me closely to help me understand what features should we prioritize and why.

It was a great experience, and our collaboration will continue.

It was amazing that they knew how to highlight certain software-related things. I was impressed by their expertise not only in software development but also by their ability to provide high level consulting, roadmap planning and helping me understand how a mobile app based business works.

From my point of view they were almost perfect, only the response time of the management member was a little bit slow, but not that annoying.

We wanted to invest in digitising our company and started by making digital instructions for the doors we sell. The Boglex team developed a mobile app for us for iOS and Android with two interfaces (customer interface and admin interface). In the customer interface, the customer sees all the doors by category and for each door they see video and PDF instructions. 

In the admin side of the app, the admin user can manage categories, products, edit/delete instructions and products. This was largely the aim of the work and Boglex has successfully fulfilled it.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As we developed the app for in house, we didn't have metrics like number of users and downloads (because the app is private only for our clients and our employees). So, the metric of success maybe is the delivery of the app, published as a business app on App Store and Google Play.

I like Boglex approach. They really keep close to me and we had a very good communication. They made me understand every stage of the development process and I was really excited. The app delivery was a bit delayed because they said something about Apple Policy, but finally was published 2 weeks later.

At this project with Boglex, when they delivered the app I didn't see any error. They also offer me a guarantee for 1 year error-free app, and the maintenance is free.

I was a bit angry for the delay, because they said the app will be published on iOS at a date and it wasn't. And I had a presentation scheduled. At presentation I presented the app on Google Play (on someone's phone). They should tell to clients longer delivery time and deliver sooner.

I have been looking for a reliable agency with whom I can develop a mobile app based on car chess. I found the company Boglex and from the first meeting with one of the team members I made the decision to collaborate with them. They have been reliable and helpful throughout the project and I stayed in touch wanting to develop more projects with them.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Firstly, price was an influential factor in making this decision. Seeing their experience behind them and the price I could afford was decedent and I chose them for this collaboration.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

During these 5 months of Boglex Software team's work we managed to publish an MVP application to test the market demand, we made a strategy with them to capture the market and we continued with the development of the real application going from a simple MVP to a real business. The first step was scheduling online meetings for the Boglex team to better understand my wishes. They made the general scheme on which the application would work and also made the architecture of the application to start developing the MVP. The development of the MVP app took a month and it was a good enough product to figure out if there was demand for my idea. After validating the idea I decided together with the Boglex team to move on to the development of the app that my business will be based on. Within 3 months my project was ready for both iOS and Android and I was pleasantly surprised that the app was successful and learned I had recovered within the first 2 weeks of launch.

I have been in contact with both the CEO of the company, the team manager in charge of my project and the developers in their team who worked on my project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The app works extremely well on both iOS and Android. I haven't encountered any problems with performance and data loading speed. Users are delighted with the quality of the software and it continues to be used daily by hundreds of users.

The project management was modest, I was notified twice a week with the status of the project both via Whatsapp and Mail. I was delighted that they were always on top of my project and were close to me throughout. They use the notion.so platform for task management and for the client to see in real time what is currently working, what is scheduled to be implemented this week and the next tasks that need to be completed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The way I approach my entire business, in addition to software development has also been helpful in growing my business. Boglex is a company that is interested in both the correct functioning of the software and the customer's success. I was also helped with the strategy of entering the market with this new project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think the development time should be shorter, but probably with the enlargement of their team, this time will be shorter.

We aimed to build a platform that provide a solution for modeling industry by offering jobs opportunities, social media features, and subscription-based services. Our focus was to build a user-friendly platform for models, agencies and clients to interact, collaborate and do business. The platform have multi-purpose as it serve as a multi-functional hub, providing professional networking, self-promotion, job tools, and exclusive content for subscribers.

Key Functionalities:

1. Social media features - our models can post videos and photos just like on instagram and clients and agencies can interact with by liking or commenting to the post
2. Subscription services - we have introduced 2 subscription types, one to unlock a few premium functionalities of the platform, and another to unlock model's exclusive content
3. Agency and Client access - there we have agency and client registration on the platform, where join our network. The only difference is that they can't post anything, but interact with the model's post.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The fact that we were able to go to market on time was very good, but over time we've noticed that success is defined in a different way for us. The fact that our users are spending time on the platform and have started using it on a daily basis is something that for us demonstrates success. 

Also, a very important point of the definition of success is that our platform brings models real business opportunities with agencies from all over the world and we have managed to build a pool of quality models that attracts modeling agencies from several EU and US countries

Boglex was as we expected, real, fast and qualitative. In terms of project management, everything was so smooth. They understood what I needed and guided me through the process. I understood how software development works and that was great. Every time I had a question or needed advice on a new feature I had in mind, Boglex was there with their amazing project management. 

I didn't experience any gaps or delays, so for me everything was seamless. I felt like I hired them just for me :) And about updates - they kept me updated almost everyday and I was everytime up to date with what is happening with my project and what is the stage of it

The way Boglex supports its customers has been impressive. I felt like I had a partner with real experience supporting me from their experience, not from books. They gave me examples each time from their previous projects when they identified an opportunity, a risk or something else - which made me believe that these gentlemen have real experience. 

And, as I said, their project management was impressive. And not to forget the quality of work, every time we had a new release deployment, there was no need to push back for bug fixes because they have bug fixing sessions in their process.

From my point of view, as a company Boglex is running very good. And from project development, management, quality assurance they are perfect and established. 

I'd give them an advice, to push a lot on marketing, because they do a really great job but people don't know about them. I think everyone is looking for a software partner like Boglex and most of the times is hard to find them on the internet.

We had a big problem with managing our products' guarantees. It is very hard to manage guarantees for such products in the automotive industry, and together with Boglex, we found a simple and straight-forward solution. Boglex was able to guide us in developing a digital system of warranty management for our clients. 
They developed a mobile app available only by scanning the QR code from our products and have the warranty document and battery details into the app, digitally, with only a click of a button.

The feedback from our clients was insane, they like how we did the process. We can see how smooth the warranity/guarantees program is going. Our management board is very happy with what Boglex built for us.

We had a project manager assigned and we were working with him and a technical team leader. Everytime we had a request or a question they bring someone experienced to help us and find the best way and solution. They deliver everything on time, even faster than the mentioned deadline.

The way of management impressed me a lot. They were really a professional team that actually knew their area of expertise. On the technical side they set accent on the excellence and best quality possible, and on management side they focus to bring all their knowledge to the table and help us.
