Gottex frontend and European expansion
Following a successful partnership that included building out a comprehensive frontend and consulting on ongoing promotional projects, Gottex is expanding to Europe. We are working on 4 initial sites to accommodate a multinational expansion. For all frontend work, we emphasize responsive layouts.

GA-DE frontend and mobile project
Frontend development was the focus of our work with GA-DE. Development was mobile-first with a responsive design and code. We consult regularly on general technology development and integrations.

SodaStream international overhaul
We completely overhauled Sodastream's multinational e-commerce solution from UX to front end to backend to ERP to logistics, including building custom applications. A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the general manager for a beverage retailer.
What challenge were you trying to address with BOA Ideas?
We collaborated on the launch of the new D2C capability in 2020 for our French website. They were focused on the back office and ensure that our D2C capability will be perfectly implemented by the time we agreed.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They worked to ensure that the back office and IT services worked. They were doing development and playing a consulting role on key technical questions.
What is the team composition?
We worked with two people.
How did you come to work with BOA Ideas?
They were working with our global parent company. When we kicked off the D2C project for France, they came on to work on this project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked beginning in November 2019, and the project finished and the site went live in April 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
From a qualitative standpoint, they delivered everything they were supposed to deliver. I don’t have quantitative metrics.
How did BOA Ideas perform from a project management standpoint?
They have completed work on time and consistently. They complete the task when they’re supposed to.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their collaboration skills impressed. I had a great time collaborating with them. They’re a great and collaborative team. I’m not technical, but they are, and they’re able to explain complex topics to people who are uneducated on technical matters.
Their leadership also impressed. They take responsibility for their work, and they deliver on their commitments.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, frankly speaking, they were great.
BOA Ideas consistently delivered everything they were supposed to on-time. Their team was collaborative, going above and beyond to explain complex technical concepts to those lacking technical skills. Their leadership also impressed, as they took responsibility for their work.
