What challenge were you trying to address with BM Interactive Group?

We hired BM Interactive Group to assist us with our web presence. They focus on improving our communication in product release, development, and other aspects of our business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

BM Interactive Group designed and developed a website for us. They built our homepage on WordPress using unique HTML/CSS code to portray our product. That meant user testimonials, content generation, user reviews, sign-up sheets, and more. They also created landing pages and their redirects.

What is the team composition?

We work with just one person.

How did you come to work with BM Interactive Group?

We met them at a networking event. We had someone else previously assisting us on our digital presence, but after meeting BM Interactive Group, we decided that their team was a better fit for what we were trying to achieve. Their technical skills and strategic vision impressed us enough to switch to BM Interactive Group.

I’d rather not say.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in March 2019. They still provide support as needed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a higher conversion rate on our home page as a result of BM Interactive Group’s work. Their founder provides us with an outsider’s fresh, detached perspective on our work. That expertise and point of view have helped us improve our positioning and roadmap on how to convert a viewer into a subscriber.

How did BM Interactive Group perform from a project management standpoint?

They have excellent communication. We use Slack to stay in touch.

What did you find most impressive about them?

BM Interactive Group has taken the time to understand our vision and strategic roadmap from the ground up. They don’t force their own ways and techniques on us; instead, they listen to us as a customer and can put forward a plan that they can execute in a way that blows us away.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’d give them a perfect score for their communication, execution, and productivity. Everything has been top-notch.

Any advice for potential customers?

BM Interactive Group looks at the entire ecosystem of your product and business when delivering a project and maintaining your image. They look at the different pieces and pick out what’s most important to communicate to your customers.

They also work to understand your core idea and reimagine how to achieve success. From what they brought to the table, I think our overall product and results are much, much better.
