We had a kick'off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. Frome there, Blueprint delivered media and action plan. We agreed from the start to be as much flexible as possible regarding our budget on Facebook an Google ads in order to catch every buying window and maximize our direct bookings.

Through the use of Facebook and Google (in 5 markets) Terra Park was able to:

• Increase the share of direct bookings to 50% of all bookings generated
• +312% Increase in Sessions YoY
• Achieve 85% occupancy through mid and high season
• Raised Google ROAS to 3200% over the last 2 months
• Increased CTR by +75.84%

FYI, the results are well above our industries average so needless to say, we were satisfied.

Blueprint is quick and professional. We have weekly reports and monthly insights and during the high season, almost daily communication in order to get the best possible results. We use Trello, mail, phone...everything 😊

They have a unique combination of master-level knowledge in performance digital marketing. They want to really understand our business in order to maximize the results.

Of course, but nothing comes to my mind now 😊.

I'm a marketing director in Specialty Hospital Arithera. How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Certainly, the energy and mindset they expressed in a pitch. Secondly, their experience from the most advanced markets was a plus as well.

The first step Blueprint did was an audit of our Google Ads account and Google Analytics in order to get a comprehensive insight of current situation and to determine is there any low-hanging fruit we can reach without too much financial and time investment. After that, they established detailed customer tracking and Google Analytics events aligned with our business goals in order to be able to run effective campaigns that drive targeted audiences and in order to establish a customer journey ( marketing/sales funnel ) funnel. The results were great, we lower our monthly spending significantly while simultaneously reach better campaign results. And because of that, there was a nice part of the budget for a new channel, so we started with Facebook as well. And now we are running even more complex and more effective digital campaigns with even better results.

Blueprint helped us improve our digital presence through paid and organic advertising, and provided us with general design and SEO services to boost the performance of our e-commerce website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I don’t have any specific metrics, but I will say that they’ve increased our CPC, KPIs, and other measurable data, and improved the website’s visibility.

How did Blueprint perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication was great, as they were able to consistently deliver their reports that let us know about the progress of the engagement clearly.

We typically interacted through our shared Slack channel and we managed the entire project through Infinity.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were very impressed with their enthusiasm, e-commerce experience, and technical expertise. It’s hard to find local vendors with experience in this particular project, and Blueprint was able to help us in our efforts and educate us on its importance.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything they need to improve on because every problem we had was successfully communicated and resolved.

And after that, Blueprint started with the performance digital marketing campaigns on Google, Instagram and Facebook simultaneously.

By implementing our Customer Journey Funnel Strategy, we achieved all this and more.
