At FIIG, fixed income is our sole focus. We enable investors and issuers access to high quality fixed income investments and flexible AU$ bond financing.

Based on a previous engagement with BlueChip and wanting to re-engage in PR, we contacted Carden to discuss a potential partnership which lead to a draft recommended approach to support the ongoing growth of FIIG's business.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
The program of work was based on a phased approach to ensure that FIIG's digital presence and lead capture mechanisms were optimised prior to rolling out a strategic communication program to drive awareness and a larger volume of traffic to the FIIG website and online assets, and build a strong and positive media and online presence for FIIG.
What was the team composition?
The core team comprised of Danielle and Christina, with additional support primarily from Holly and Christina .
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Despite significant external headwinds for fixed income as an asset class we started to build some strong PR momentum at a time we were hit with an economic environment different and more challenging than anything ever experienced.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We developed a good operating rhythm with fortnightly meetings and connected over the phone at least once a week. Danielle and the team were always accessible and very responsive, and a pleasure to work with. It was a particularly collaborative and positive experience.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
BlueChip Communication has a great reputation in the market - they are experts in financial services with strong industry knowledge and continually provide in-depth insights into current issues and marketing strategies.
Are there any areas for improvement?
