I’m a senior business consultant for a digital consulting firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Blueberry?

We hired Blueberry to help develop a digital transformation application.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provided skilled developers for the frontend development, in which they used React and Angular. They’ve provided developers for all the iOS development processes. 

What is the team composition?

Initally, the scrum team was a combination of various IT personnel with various skills in .NET, QA, business administration, and scrum masters, creating a team of about 20 people. The amount fluctuates depending on the needs of the project. Since we’re at a stable stage now, we only use two resources from their team.

How did you come to work with Blueberry?

Our team sent out a survey, and we felt that Blueberry was a good recruitment company to use based on that. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2017 and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project we brought them on to help us with is at a stable stage and has been deployed for our client.  The teams Blueberry put together have helped us eliminate our backlog of tasks. They deliver work on time and are very professional. All of the developers they’ve contributed have been highly skilled and well-behaved. We were pleased with how they efficiently adapt to our environment and meet project requirements. 

How did Blueberry perform from a project management standpoint?

They're really skilled in using our internal tools like Jira, so communication is very clear. If there is a payment issue or troubles with some consultants, they handle it professionally. All of the deadlines are being met, as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The entire scrum team delivers the work on time and without being micromanaged. They’re already trained and are able to do 90% of the work by themselves. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t see any areas where they could improve.
