Bloom documented the transformation of a condo that took 3 years to build out

I did select Bloom. I picked them for their quality of real estate videos.

It started with a meeting to come up with ideas, then we made a rough draft of the video which included coming up with the scripts. Then from there we scheduled the shoot and then we worked through our plan on shoot day

I knew the owner. Supporting local / supporting friends' businesses is appealing to me.

Got some videos of the neighborhood and a home tour video. Music and audio was put over the video. Highlighted the neighborhood the condo was in, showed some of the best spots in Minneapolis which were within walking distance to the property. Then shot some video in the unit and building, talking about the unit. I received the completed video about a week later. Shared in on youtube, social, etc...

I worked with Chase Johnson, Owner of Bloom, and he did a great job. Very professional, flexible with time and ideas for the shoot, and very respectful.
