BlogTec's efforts resulted in an improvement in the client's search engine performance. Their sites have organically risen in rakings. The team lead ensured smooth communication. The two teams arrived at an optimal work approach throughout the engagement, so there aren't any areas for improvement.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the head of Zizzz Sarl, a maker of organic sleep and bedding products for the whole family. We make all of our products in Switzerland or the EU and sell them on our websites.
For what projects/services did your company hire BlogTec?
We were looking to increase traffic to out websites for Switzerland and Germany. Manuel and his team took a look at our websites and decided that the this could be done by writing more targeted articles on our blog.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goals were to increase traffic to our webshops for the Swiss German and German/Austrian market.
How did you select this vendor?
We searched for freelancers on websites like Upwork, etc. We held online interviews with several candidates, then decided that Blogtec was the right choice for us.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
Manuel and his team first did an audit of our website. They noticed that some of the best traffic to our website came from our blog, but that these leads didn't generate many sales, as the topics discussed in the blog articles (sleep, parenthood) were only indirectly linked to our products.
As part of the content plan that they developed for us, they suggested writing blog articles with a more direct link to our products, and said they would be happy to provide us with them.
What was the team composition?
We deal directly with Manuel. This keeps things very simple for us and we're happy to keep working together this way.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our SERP ranking for specific keywords has steadily risen since we started working with Manuel. The number of organic keywords that we rank for has doubled.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
As we only deal with Manuel, everything has gone smoothly.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The entire process of working with Blogtec has gone very smoothly and product they've has delivered to us have been really solid, so it's hard to focus on one particular aspect.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Honestly, we're pretty satisfied. We're an e-commerce company, so we're used to working with freelancers and external agencies which are based in another country. When you can't just walk down the hall or pick up the phone to call someone whenever you want, you learn to communicate your desires very clearly when you do talk to freelancer. If this is new for you, you might have a bit of a learning curve to deal with, but it wasn't such an issue for us.
