Project management has exceeded my expectations in terms of communication and the ability to stick to schedules and budgets. Regarding tools, we’ve used Jira, Confluence, email, Slack, Google Meet, and Zoom.

We hired Blazity to work together on the headless migration project. Our client is an international news agency and they used an outdated content publishing systems and dated frontend. They wanted to build new system from scratch, using newest headless architecture and headless CMS.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We've worked with Blazity on other projects. We know that they are specialized in Headless Architecture and Next.js which was important for our client.

Blazity leased out a team for our project. The project consists of headless CMS (Contentful), Next.js frontend, AWS and Vercel for hosting. Additional microservices written in Node using TypeScript.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our clients are very satisfied with the end result. Editorial experience for their writers is much smoother, publishing content takes less time. Through building custom Next.js frontend clients were able to improve their SEO and increase organic traffic by over 40%. This led to increased productivity of the team and overall better work atmosphere.

Blazity's team is very easy to communicate with, everyone speaks good English. They used JIRA for task management, Slack and email for communication. Overall the team was responsive and knowledgable.

Blazity's knowledge and experience with headless ecosystem is impressive. Paired with deep understanding of Next.js the results were outstanding. They delivered top-notch quality.

Project is an advanced website for our studio. It renders 3D models and allows interactions with them. It’s fully controlled through headless CMS, front-end is written in React.js using Next.js and WebGL.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Very positive feedback from both clients and colleges from the industry. Ability to spin the model 360 degrees to see the project from all sides allows users to instantly understand the relationship between architectural massing and landscape which is a fundamental element of our agenda. For a lot of people from our industry, it was a surprise that firstly it was even possible to embed the models this way and secondly with such optimization.

We had great communication with the project manager who was approachable via frequent zoom meetings as well as text messages allowing us to quickly exchange information and provide feedback. During the early development phase, we had scheduled workshops with the whole team at which we had a chance to interact with the working prototype of our website and explore different options for rendering styles and interactions with 3d models.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Ability to quickly address our feedback and solve technical problems.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Instead of keeping a structured plan of action we could of skip certain design and development stages and shift them around from the start. Initially, we followed their process template but as their first client with a design background, we had different requirements. They quickly readjusted their plan of action to meet our needs.
