The IT infrastructure modernization project carried out by Black Rack involved a comprehensive change of our server environment. The main objective was to create a new service architecture, migrate the existing environment to new machines, and configure services and networks. Thanks to the experience and commitment of the Black Rack team, it was possible not only to achieve these goals but also to significantly increase the level of performance and ensure high availability (HA) of our services. 

The scope of work included analyzing the current state of the infrastructure, designing a new architecture, migrating data and services, and configuring networks and security. Enhancing performance and operational stability was achieved through configuration optimization and the use of advanced SysOps solutions, which allowed for more effective IT process management. The project was a complete success, reflected in increased operational efficiency and user satisfaction. 

Black Rack provided not only technical expertise but also 24/7 support, ensuring continuity of operations and a quick response in the event of potential failures. This collaboration is an example of how advanced technologies and professional project management can contribute to the development and stability of IT infrastructure.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the project carried out in cooperation with Black Rack, the key measurable outcomes indicating progress and success were a significant increase in the efficiency of the IT infrastructure and ensuring high availability (HA) of the server environment. 

Thanks to the comprehensive migration to new machines and effective optimization of services, networking, and security, we achieved better operational stability and readiness for future developments. The project also enabled more efficient management of IT resources, leading to improved overall efficiency and scalability of our infrastructure.
