They were very on point on their initial time frames, very responsive and accessible with flexible meeting times plus on-going continuous support and acceptance of our ideas. They also shed light on ways where we can bring ideas to life by making them more viable.

On several occasions they showed how devoted they were to finding exactly what we had in mind by holding not one but several workshop, and were very attentive to making modifications.

What challenges were you trying to address with Black Ink Agency?

We were creating a new brand and needed to develop its structure, including the logo, color scheme, packaging, and website, among other things, and we hired Black Ink Agency to help us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Black Ink Agency provided us with branding and web development services. First, we explained what we needed and what we had in mind. They did research and came up with name options for us to choose from. 

They submitted mock-up designs for brand assets like our logo, packaging, and social media images, among other materials. We ensured that their deliverables matched the image we wanted to transmit and gave our approval. Additionally, the team helped us check the brand name trademark and website domain availability. 

What was the team composition?
I worked with two teammates from Black Ink Agency: a business developer and a marketing officer. 

How did you come to work with Black Ink Agency?

We found them through a referral. After we contacted them, they delivered a proposal we found very reasonable. From there, they submitted a timeline, we negotiated it, and we started working on the project after that. 

How much have you invested in them?

We spent about $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The lasted from October–November 2022. Although they’ve finished the main tasks, we’re about to assign them additional work.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Black Ink Agency’s work was excellent. Since we’re still preparing some things, we haven’t launched the website yet, so we don’t have any metrics. 

How did Black Ink Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

The team responded to our comments quickly; when we gave them feedback, they always delivered a new version with all our requests, especially the logo and packaging design. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We had a very good experience leaving the creative part to Black Ink Agency. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their prices could be lower. However, their work is good and worth the price.

Let Black Ink Agency use their creativity — let them do their work, and you'll be happy with the results.

I am working in digital marketing and Sales at CRS-UK. Computer Remarketing Services, or CRS is a major player at the international stage, committed to preserving the environment while developing a business strategy for partners focused on cost reduction and growth.

We need a very creative agency to work on our new project identity, which called YesAgain. we considered many options till we chose to work with Balck Ink

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Mainly their profile of creative work they have done before, how professional they were in dealing with us! and of course the price for value they offered.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After a series of discovery meetings together, to get the objectives and desired outcome of the cooperation, Hazem and his team at Black Ink started to work on the identity. Giving us multiple options to discover! till we made our mind after series of meetings lasted for a month and a half.

We mainly worked with Hazem, the creative director.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The documentation was professional and helpful for any future work we are going to do with the identity! we are happy with the outcome and we feel we got what we needed to kick off this project.

It was smooth. Their communication and deliverables were always on time.

Flexibility of work, good listening to our needs, and the creativity.
