My role is Vice President of Information Technology and we are a fashion apparel retailer.

Migrate all of our websites from Volusion to Shopify Plus

They contacted us and we selected them from other vendors who were shortlisted.

We wanted all of our six (6) websites to be migrated from Volusion to Shopify Plus and they did splendid work in terms of design and implementation.

There was a team of 12 individuals from roles of project lead, to architects to developers and QA.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The new website looks and performs great! the traffic increased which resulted in more revenue generation and ROI. Our management was extremely satisfied with their work and we continued working with them.

Project management was terrific and were engaged with our internal team through every step of the way throughout the entire project. Communication was generally through emails, Slack and Jira.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their knowledge, experience and their passion to do things in a right methodological manner was impressive. They also provided much needed thought leadership and presented many innovative ideas along the way which we benefited from.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Possibility with more visibility on real-time updates when tasks are completed ahead of schedule.

 I'm the VP Development and Operations at a retailer.

We did not have any in house senior resources who could work through a complete implementation of the Magento implementation. We wanted to hire a company that not only understood the business but can also provide us with an e-business strategy to optimize our e-store.

In our Kickoff meeting we defined the strategy of what the e-store would look like i.e. UI/UX draft and wire frames. We had two iterations of the UI/UX and Bizmia's team were cognizant of our need for customer engagement and keeping the look and feel simple yet classy.

We had a team of 4.5 resources 1 Project Manager 2 Developer 1 UI/UX designer 0.5 QA/Testing

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

we had a remarkable shift in our online traffic and with the single page checkout and Mobile friendly interface we were able to increase our sales by 10% compared to our previous website.

Bizmia's team was very much reachable and would hop on a call as needed. Over all a good team that communicates well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The depth knowledge they have of the business and Magento.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They have a blended team and for the offshore team we wish the overlap time would be a bit more than 2-3 hours.

They developed our ecommerce websites as well as provide ongoing maintenance, design and development services.

We have researched online.

They have developed our multi-sites on Magento 2 for us that met every standard and customized many aspects of it.

We have delivery lead who handles projects from all aspects and works with the project manager, developers, business analysts and QA engineers. All have been super responsive and dedicated to us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The traffic on the site has dramatically increased since the sites were developed.

They do weekly calls and regular emails and all was very efficient. All our concerns were heard right away.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their dedicated regardless of night or day or time we can always be heard and a solution is found.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything was executed impeccably and I have no need to complain about anything. They are the best in their field and we are very happy.
