Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of a 350 unit self-storage facility. We assist our customers in choosing the type and size storage units that best fits their needs.

For what projects/services did your company hire BizIQ?

Our website became outdated. We decided to get professional techs to design an up-to-date website. We are very pleased with the design and operation of our new website. BizIQ techs keep us informed and continue to work 'behind the scenes' to keep us at the top with increasing exposure.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After calling a few web designers, we chose this team because they were personable and answered all of our questions. The designer asked a series of questions and moved forward with the initial design.

The initial design looked great. We made a few minor adjustments to better express our services.

Over the course of the initial web design, we worked with 3 or 4 people.

The website became more user friendly and easier to navigate than our previous website.

We communicated via email and phone. The team we worked with was very responsive.

We were impressed with the knowledge they have in website design. The initial design was completed in a timely manner and worked well from it's beginning.
