BizIQ failed to deliver a functional website that met the client's requirements. The redesign was limited to the client's small town, and the SEO efforts were not regional or nationwide. The content was AI-generated, and the team was unresponsive. Overall, the client was extremely disappointed.

they were supposed to redesign our website to make it look and feel more modern and get us on the top of the list for search engines.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Nothing worked the way it was supposed to, website design did not reflect our company nor did it function properly. The main goal was to expand our region, during the re-design, they only referred to our small town which was the exact opposite of what we hired them for. SEO did not work properly as it was limited to our small town, not regional/nation wide. Response times were at least a week or more with little to no progress or updates to the content. I had to redeisgn everything just to talk to someone who them turned around and talked to someone else who talked to someone else etc. All content was obviously AI generated and not keyed to our goals. Now they wont respond whatsoever.

After reviewing each page and spending hours on the updates, it would take them at least a week or more to see any changes that I had to re-review and re-address as the changes requested were not made. We hired them so I didn't have to design the site, which I've had to do twice now, once for the updates I asked them to make and once after firing them and having to start from scratch.

100% - they could have delievred on what was promised in a timely manner and refunded our company for the website that we cannot use and likely lost customers over since it has not/did not function correctly.
