BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of the business, I manage the production of the collision repairs through the business from keys to keys.

For what projects/services did your company hire BizIQ, and what were your goals?

We had recently remodeled our business and needed an updated website to match. We hired them back in 2013 to build and manage our website as well as manage our online presence and digital marketing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They reached out to us and showed us other projects similar to ours. The biggest factor was as a graphic designer myself, I was very particular about the look and design I wanted and they were super helpful and made my vision a reality.

We showed them many examples of what we wanted in a website and the look we were going for. They were able to provide mock-ups and show us back-end reports as to how to make us show up on google better. They also were able to give us support with reviews and took care of all of our online listings.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We work with a customer success coordinator mainly and the resources from the vendor would be knowledge, graphic design, marketing, and website support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

John Everly at BizIQ our Customer Success Coordinator has been so helpful as a partner in our growth online as a company. Sending reports, phone call updates, and a great resource for all of our marketing needs. Working with BizIQ has been a huge relief and chore off our plate that they can successfully run and manage our online presence and I know that it will look and work great!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective phone calls and emails and they were always available.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very personable and everyone we worked with was SO KIND. A lot of online marketing and salespeople can be so pushy or not explain the SEO and marketing world in a way that everyone can understand and they are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in a way that made them stand out.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have no current suggestions.
