I am the owner of a Hair restoration salon

For what projects/services did your company hire BizIQ, and what were your goals?

We had previously leased our website and also had the same company doing our SEO and PPC. Expenses were getting out of control. BizIQ has been able to build us a good website as well as manage our SEO, PPC and social media for way less$. We have seen improvements in every phase of our business share.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

BizIQ had a program that made sense to me and didn't have long term contracts

They built a website that preformed well, continued with SEO and also do my PPC and social media

JaVon is my account manager. He is very attentive and responsive to my requests.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All of my numbers have increased. And most of all BizIQ doesn't break the bank.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I hear from JaVon at least once a month. He is always on top of things when I request a change or additions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a great program for a very reasonable price.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are still working on my e-commerce portion of my website. I wish this had been a faster and mire complete process.
