Blue Pools & Spas had previously been doing some marketing but were not growing their organic traffic or their new inquiries to the business. Tech-One also handled a comprehensive website revamp, with Google Analytics powering the entire site. The user experience has improved with prominent pictures and enhanced navigation, while the website text has been optimized for SEO.

They also helped optimize their local SEO by creating their Business Profile on Google with Google My Business. They added reviews, descriptions, product information, and the shop’s location. Now users can get to know them better, which boosts their brand image and moreover, drive traffic to the website.

They also generated a list of chosen keywords at the start, based on examining the primary keywords that the website was visible to and those that had the potential for it. They increased the number of site visitors to the blog by carefully selecting and optimizing the themes.

The Sales Manager, Marketing Executives, and I will work on this project. Colin oversaw Tech-One, with Anh Truc supporting him in all other areas.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

By approaching SEO with content marketing and high-intent researched keywords that can convert, Blue Pools & Spas was able to boost its organic traffic, increase its number of new visitors, and improve its site engagement. By getting more keywords in the top SERP, we were able to get more prospects to their website. This led to a 25% increase in organic traffic from their blog in 2 months with no PPC!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Said that they appear to be competent. They were usually quick to respond and helpful. At the end of the project, we had a far better understanding of our internet business and what we needed to accomplish in the future.

Yes. We now understand the digital landscape and were we stand within it. Beforehand we were going to execute on our internal plan and now realize that this would of ended in failure. So currently we’re just waiting for the lockdown to be over and then we’re going to move ahead to the execution phase

Great. All communication was extremely clear.

Just their overall professionalism. They were always responsive and helpful. By the end of the project we are just so much clearer on our business online and what we have to do moving forward in the future

We initially hired them for SEO consultation, however we then expanded the project to a 12-month SEO strategy as they knew what they were doing.

We wanted to understand how best to utilize SEO as our main marketing channel and needed to know how it works with multiple countries and in 4 different languages when launched.

We then got Colin and his team to create a 12-month SEO strategy that had Pillar Posts, Topic Clusters and all the relevant Keywords associated with it. We reached out to 7 SEO agencies in Vietnam, went through the proposal process and then selected Tech-One.

SEO Consultation for launch of our product. We needed to understand how best to set-up, particularly with multiple countries and languages. Also what are the expected timeframes, the process, the estimated costs and what resources are needed. After the initial consultation, we then asked them to create the 12 months SEO strategy for us with all of our requirements and requests.

Yes, first was a complete understanding of the competition from an SEO perspective. Then they created a strategy over 12 months. This was very comprehensive. One of the best outcomes was that they went into extreme details for SEO Keywords and found lots of great ones for us

Because we started off just dealing with Colin and then gradually started working with the other team, it went extremely smoothly. Colin likes to do phone calls or zooms anytime we had a few questions. No problems here.

Just how clear and truthful they were. They never tried to hide anything from us and explain the pitfalls other companies have when doing something similar. We had some friends that tried and failed with SEO so we’re were apprehensive about it, however Colin really took the time to explain how common failures happen.

He also shared what metrics are used to fool companies into signing contacts and what ones actually convert new customers over the long-term. It was this point that we agreed to move ahead with Tech-One as we then realized that some other companies try to pull one over on us.

Can’t say any right now. We’re going to move to content creation and launch phase when the whole pandemic is over.

There are certain features on the website that wasn’t present before, such as testimonials and YouTube videos. We have a lot more content. I think we’re improving our presence online as we are getting more traffic through Google analytics.

Extremely smooth and effortless. We had clear expectations and knew exactly where the project was. We were kept in the loop during the whole experience and never felt unsure or out of touch. We learnt a lot working with tech-one.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The willingness to go above and beyond. They say 'you don't know what you don't know' and this was certainly true for us. Tech-one gave us pointers and tips and explained why certain tasks were done. Very informative experience and I can safely say I know a lot much about marketing now than I did before.
