What challenge were you trying to address with Bitswift Technology Solutions?

We needed a vendor that would provide IT support for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provide comprehensive IT support for our hotel, monitor our 12 computers, and help us fix any IT issues that come up. Each of our computers has a remote agent, so they can see when something is wrong. They've also installed our cameras and Wi-Fi and continue to make sure everything is working properly.

What is the team composition?

We mostly work with Paul (CEO, Bitswift Technology Solutions) and one other member of their team.

How did you come to work with Bitswift Technology Solutions?

We worked with Paul when he was still at another company. Then, Paul started his own company, and we continued working with him.

How much have you invested with them?

We pay them about $1,000 a month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Paul in 2013, and the relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve met all of our needs. We can trust them to keep our computers up to date. It's very important for us to have reliable internet for our guests and we haven't had any issues with that.

How did Bitswift Technology Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They're always on time. Paul is very understanding and patient.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're very trustworthy and honest. They have our best interests in mind.
