We had a website created a couple of months before approaching Bit Links Tech. However, that website wasn't professionally made, it was buggy and incomplete and had bad structure. We approached Bit Links Tech to make the design smoother and base the website on a proper structure andn via a decent platform like WordPress.

We had a bad experience with a solo website developer earlier so we needed a professionals expertise. One of our friends had mentioned Bit Links Tech to us. We also saw their work on a website that he showed us and at the bottom of the website it had a link which redirected us to contact info of Bit Links Tech.

After our initial discussion with Bit Links Tech, they set off on getting our website done via WordPress. Then proceeded to make our font and colour schemes part of the design. They even created a Submission Form on the landing page and on our Contact Us page while also including an automated moving slider on our homepage. After a few revisions they had implemented all the necessary changes and the website was live. They even assisted in getting us setup in Google Search Console. Then they proceeded to get us on their Web Hosting platform which has been reliable thus far.

The Owner was the sole point of contact for us and we sent him all of our revisions and with him we had our sitting as well. However he did have one person working on our project with him but we never spoke with that individual.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the website launched, we saw it actually went live and was searchable. We could give our website links to people and it worked. Click-through rates are low as the SEO hasn't been worked on as much and the forms that these guys made does require some more security measures to sieve out the bots. But I'd still say that they met our expectations as we'll get back to those issues at a later time.

We had one physical meeting at the beginning and they got to work the very next day. We communicated about our issues and sent them the list of revisions via email. The owner had created a WhatsApp group with us so we gave him detailed feedback there. They finished website was delivered in 10 days' time after all the revisions so they were quite active and managed their time wisely.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This was our first website. We worked hard for the content to put in there but had no idea about WordPress and the technical mumbo-jumbo. They took care of the project's technical aspects and provided clear and concise answers to our queries.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There are Bots that infiltrate through the Forms that they made. And their ReCaptcha implementation wouldn't have been great as I still get Bot emails, albeit in my Spam folder because 20 notifications a day from bots were annoying me when they hit my main inbox.

Our new blog and backlinks strategy has increased our organic traffic by 70% and our clients find our articles to be an invaluable resource. With their content guidelines have also made our copy more consistent. They still write content for us when we need support, and their articles are well-written.

We meet on Fridays to go over the blog schedule for the week and agree on blog topics. Whenever we assign them an article, they always complete it on time. They also deliver a monthly report on our content's performance. They use Google Analytics to track links and communicate over email and Phone.

Their content writers take the time to research each topic, so our articles are very informative. We usually don't have to make many changes when we review their work.
