Bitbot studios delivered a highly engaging survey bot. It looked and felt exactly as we wanted it to look and feel. It was Chat-UI based. It was quick and engaging. From what we’ve experienced, our bot’s preferred considerably more than a normal online survey. Consumers gad an improved experience using the chatbot.

We have regular email correspondence. Their team’s very willing to answer questions. Mike was always up for phone calls if we wanted to discuss the project in more depth. They handle the relationship professionally.
