Birch River was hired to accomplish the following deliverables;

Recover my advertising and social media accounts from a former agency and set them up in a manner in which I am the owner of them and Birch River is an authorized user to run adverstising for me using those accounts. Previously, the accounts were owned by the old agency which left me high and dry with years of lost data when I departed ways with them.
Accurately report return on my investment down to the cents on conversions. Previously, I was only given vague counts of conversions and no real dollar amounts. This made it hard to justify my expenses in both agency fees and ad dollars spent.
PPC adverstising on both google and meta platforms. This was handled poorly previously and I needed a way to not only see the conversions (see point #3) but also feel the lift in revenue from better performing ads.

Birch River killed it on all fronts.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Birch River successfully delivered

Detailed and accurate ROI reporting down to the cents. Previously, I was only given volumes of conversions and even that wasn't a confident count.
Actual lift in revenue was observered from the ad performance Birch River deployed compared to previous agency.

Birch river always delivered on time or ahead of schedule. In fact, the responsiveness of the Birch River team was so good that I can't imagine workign with another agency if they don't deliver like Birch River does.
