I’m the head of operations of a mining company operating in India.

What challenge were you trying to address with Binstellar Technologies Pvt. Ltd.?

We've been running our business for a long time and used manual and legacy systems for our operations an needed to update them. Overall, we needed to digitalize our business operations and processes. We hired the team to build custom parts of our business' ERP and CRM systems.

We used to work with Zoho, but it was a limited program that didn't allow us to add custom features. We had to pay two Zoho accounts and integrate our calling system, and overall, our previous system was very difficult, so we decided to build our own ERP system.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Binstellar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides custom ERP development and marketing services. We have already used ERPNext in our operations and have adapted to Binstellar Technologies Pvt. Ltd.'s business model. The team manages our ERP and CRM systems and has integrated marketing features using HubSpot. Binstellar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has created our paid ads strategy and supports our email marketing.

The team has built a custom solution that helps us manage our mining business since we load trucks daily. We also needed to calculate our loyalties and government fees. The team continues to provide maintenance services.

I work directly with two teammates from Binstellar Technologies Pvt. Ltd., one from the sales team and a technical consultant. Additionally, around 10–12 teammates are working on our CRM module.

I searched for service providers on Google and LinkedIn. I discussed our project with 2–3 IT companies, including Binstellar Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and inquired with my team before during the selection process.

Binstellar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has successfully built and launched a custom solution that helps our company save operational time. Before this solution, we used to have a very bad calculation and quotation system since we did it manually and often had human errors. The team has excellent math knowledge and provides good support in calculating our quotes based on lab reports.

Binstellar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. actively provides technical consulting and offers 2–3 software options at different prices. Additionally, we've recommended the team to our partner company in Africa, which is also working on a digitalization project of their legacy system. They're currently discussing the project's requirements.
