We use this service because they know what they are doing and don't need to have any training. It makes things more efficient for our company to not have to train or handle this part of the business.

What type of work can your internal staff avoid by using a back office service?

We avoid having to train to do medical billing and learn all the codes to bill through. Instead, we can concentrate on taking care of the patients.

What were your company’s goals for the partnership with this service provider?

Our goal was to reduce the stress of the employees and get the billing done in the most efficient way possible. It ends up saving a lot of money and time not having to rebill.

They provide us with all the medical billing services we need.

They charge 10% of what they bill out.

It's been great how quickly they get bills out and how few times we have to rebill. We haven't had any problems so far; everything is very efficient.

They save us at least 80 hours in time and 10% in money per month.

They are very efficient. We don't get anything coming back. With their knowledge, we actually end up making more money because of their efficiency with codes that we didn't have before we started using them.
