The BIG Hacks Agency assisted us with the website migration; they were actively involved in providing comments on the mockups as we prepared a new framework for the website. They examined the website's technical settings after we launched it and began optimizing it in accordance with SEO guidelines. Although the procedure wasn't quite like the usual one, it worked well focus.

I am the owner of Sweet Comb Chicago, an ecommerce store that sells 100% organic products made from beeswax, we also sell on Amazon.

We are doing fine selling on Amazon but I wanted to bring more business to my own website, and at some point we will start doing SEO. However, our site was a mess, it was super slow and I assume it would have been super complicated to do SEO with it.

I decided to hire BIG Hacks because we are going to start doing SEO at some point, and one of their biggest selling points is, since they are an SEO firm, any website they create already comes with some sort of SEO optimizations.

They built the site on WordPress and WooCommerce. They took care of everything, from the prototyping, design, copywriting, implementations, pricing, shipping options, etc.

I spoke with the owner and the digital manager mainly, however, I think there were about 4 more people involved including a couple of SEOs, 1 copywriter, and 1 graphic designer. So 6 people in total.

Site performance is through the roof, They were able to get a 99% score on desktop and 85% on mobile on pagespeed

They stayed in touch with me via whatsapp and email. Any time I needed anything I could talk to the digital manager or the owner himself. Very attentive.

I have dealt with bigger firms in the past but to them you're just another account. When I met the owner he was very forthcoming with me and said they are still young but eager to grow and willing to go the extra mile for me. That's what sold me on this deal. I made the right choice.

I honestly cannot think of anything they could have improved. The price was fair for all the work they did for me. The communication was great. The timing was what they promised, not an hour more. So, everything according to expectations.
