We needed web design for our new product and to help attract investments. Needed it completed by Feb 2020.

How did you select Big D Creative and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred by a close friend who owns a landscaping company. We interviewed 2 other companies that also had good reviews. We felt good after the interview with Big D and having a good reference.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

They built an ecommerce site in 6 months despite a few big delays on our end. Also wrote content for us since I didn't have time -- was an extra fee but very reasonable.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were about 10 people listed in the project. Not sure of all the positions but there were designers and developers and the owner, a manager and director, a QC person, etc.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Project deadline was met with all elements satisfied

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

They work through an online site and provide updates there that are delivered by email and mobile app notifications as well. I used the mobile app because it was easiest for me. You can also reach the team by phone if needed and we had a few meetings as well. At the beginning they had me fill out a questionnaire and then we went through it together.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Big D Creative's overall quality of work is great!!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I had some times when I forgot to deliver or approve something -- maybe provide more reminders. Really no complaints though

Whether your shipment is large or small, going to warehouses or manufacturing facilities, or meeting an international flight, we can provide the service you need. We provided services for many different industries including but not limited to Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, and Manufacturing.

Our current site was outdated, and we wanted a mobile friendly website with a Cleaner look. Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They took our old out of date site and turned it into a updated mobile friendly website that has more functionality then it ever did before. We're very pleased with the outcome of the new site and so are all our customers!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

its been great always there when we needed anything. The Base Camp NA jump start tools given were a great help to get things lined up and in order for completion of project.

The response time of the team was most impressive.
