We need a service like this because of the amount of information we handle. So, if we get an order, I don't need to do it at home.

What type of work does your internal staff avoid by using a back office service?

It saves us some heavy work, organization of documents, revision of documents, assignment of these documents to different departments. I think we use them for about 70% of our administrative work.

I wanted to avoid delaying something by the huge amount of time that was being lost in some administrative steps.

We make a hiring and they charge according to the hours worked. All this we agreed upon by some guidelines established in advance.
