We asked Bespoke Design to create a website that would be simple to use and navigate and would help our business partners (retailers and distributors) solve issues and complaints in a process-based way without a need to contact our employees what would decrease our workload and speed up processes. This included some UX research and understanding of our business needs and creating a compelling design.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As soon as the website was created and launched and we started recommending our partners to use it instead of raising tickets with us, they immediately started using it and it significantly decreased our workload, saved us from working on repeatable tasks and freed up resources for other tasks.

During the investigation phase, a project manager assigned to us worked with me to establish a timeline that we would be fine with. They delivered all the files on time, and we never had any issues with time or quality of work. The contact with them couldn't have been nicer and it was an all around pleasant experience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Someone recommended working with Bespoke Design and even though their contract was virtually guaranteed, they still went above and beyond to prove they would be the best match and that they could offer the best service we would possibly need. It seems that this is a natural way of doing things for them even if it was not "required" of them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bespoke Design could have done differently?

I don't really have anything to say about that. There were no issues we would have to solve.

Bespoke Design helped us settle on a concise branding guide, drew a new logo for our company, designed a fancy home page and developed the site. Once all that was done, they installed the site on our hosting and prepared a handy guide on how to maintain and update the site on our own.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All the deliverables of the project were clearly defined by our agreement and delivered to us first for feedback and then for final approval. At every step of the project we were informed about their progress and expected timeline.

I was happy to see that there was not a single delay during the project and all predefined deadlines were met. Our account manager Paul was always available and had answers to any questions we'd have.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team was incredibly skilled and professional; they clearly knew what they were doing. Yet, they were super kind and approachable and the whole project was much less intimidating that I had expected prior to starting to work with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bespoke Design could have done differently?

I don't think so. I have no complaints about the company or its style of work.
