Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of a yacht charter business. We own four yachts and have another three under management.

What challenge were you trying to address with BeOnTop?

We were looking for an online marketing partner to maximize our sales funnel. Since 70% of our business comes from our website, our Google Ads performance is an important part of generating new leads.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

BeOnTop has done all of our online marketing, from SEO/PPC to content writing. They target keywords through our Google Ads account, generate SEO-appropriate content, and manipulate our backlinks. They provide a Google report every month. We’ve had their team of designers and developers rework our website as well.

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact is Vadim (CEO & Founder, BeOnTop) and we also have an account manager. They managed a team of developers, designers, and SEO engineers.

How did you come to work with BeOnTop?

After interviewing several vendors, Vadim and his team seemed the most credible, so we took them up.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend somewhere between $10,000–$30,000 a month, so over the course of three years, we’ve spent over $300,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

It’s been three years since engaging them, and we’ll continue to rely on them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I think they’re very good, so I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. They’ve delivered consistent results; after 6-months to a year, we’ve now made it to the first page of Google search results. Our position has improved thanks to their organic SEO, as well. I’m really happy with their work.

How did BeOnTop perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very good, which is why we continue to engage them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They provide quality engineers who do proper work. That kind of reliability is hard to find in Dubai.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything. I’m happy with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You have to expect to set up a budget if you want to do real online marketing work. It’s unrealistic to expect to get on Google’s first page straight away, but with a decent advertising budget, you’ll give them the flexibility to deliver.
