The team first researched companies looking to hire software developers in the US and Europe and built a list. They included information about each company’s name, website address, location, size, and open vacancy. They also identified the decision makers at each company—which were often the CEO or CTO—and created a database of information on each prospect.

We also wanted Before Hello to set up and maintain an automated email campaign to schedule appointments. The team also designed templates for email sequences and then ran those campaigns. All interested leads were forwarded to my inbox.
