Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the Representative Director of NST Software Inc. NST Software Inc. offers new IT products and services by providing smart IT solutions that apply new technologies and designs, as well as original ideas. At the present stage, we have adopted a bridge model that is operated and designed on the Japanese site and manufactured and tested on the Vietnam site. In addition, short-term projects, maintenance and repairs are also being conducted at the Japan site. Our members who have experience in Japanese universities and are key members of IT companies are constantly challenging new technologies. By finding and showing good things in Japan and Vietnam, we will provide good products and services and contribute to your business.

What was the team composition?

Initially, we were assigned a project manager to support us and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project. I only spoke with our project manager and he managed his team to complete the work and meet our requirements.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

It's a highly interactive, fast and user-friendly website.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project manager that we were assigned was easy to communicate with, positive, patient, flexible and provided us with frequent updates. We connected over the phone at least once a week and used Skype for all other communication. Overall, I was impressed by the timeliness of the team. They are always on schedule.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I completely amazed at the knowledge that this vendor had about AR web development and optimization. The people are the most caring and understanding of business needs.
