We needed a web application that could help us manage our day to day activity including sales, students who are interested in our programs, events that we want to organize on regular basis, inform related parties about those events, create an interface to do outbound marketing, record internal salaries and expenses, etc. In a nutshell, we needed a custom CRM to handle our operations and let us understand clear perspective of things with custom reports and informative dashboard with easy UI.

They provided us with reliable post-launch support. Our needs have evolved over time, but they have been able to help us with these changes as well. We have been using the platform they built since 2021 and we think we can take it for future too.

Sushant was our project manager. We sat for 3-4 rounds of meetings to detail down on our needs. They shared their documentation first, we suggested few more changes and based on that they showed us a Figma design of the flow. We had few more ideas and they accommodated that too. I must say that I liked the flow they work with. We had meetings on previously decided timelines and they didn't miss out on timeline. My needs have been growing and we do have few more things in pipeline for future, but the incremental process of development has been working really well.
