I work as Technology Manager at Steel Warehouse Cisa. Steel Warehouse Cisa is a joint venture between Steel Warehouse and Cisa Trading. The main product lines we have are: Steel Lamination and Thermal Cutting Lines (Laser and Plasma)
For what projects/services did your company hire Beesby, and what were your goals?
We replaced the ERP we used for SAP in the first half of 2019. As part of this project, we needed to rebuild the PLC communication interface between our production equipment and SAP. This integration was, at that moment, the "apple of the company's eye" and we had to work with extreme caution to ensure that there was no rupture in what was already working, in addition to trying to bring new things to the process.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We replaced the ERP we used for SAP in the first half of 2019. As part of this project, we needed to rebuild the PLC communication interface between our production equipment and SAP.

A whole new interface was created on the ERP side using SAP's SCP and Cloud Connector. Everything worked perfectly, both the flow of information from the ERP to the PLC, and from the PLC to the ERP from day 1 of using the new ERP. Perfectly executed job. Mission Accomplished.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I worked directly with a consultant, but there were probably others working on the activity as well.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The most important feedback is the non-interruption of the production line due to problems related to the new interface.

SKF's goal was to create a loyalty program between distributors and resellers, with a focus on customer loyalty to the brand.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Beesby has a great development loyalty program, Juntos Somos +, and for all the experience and know-how we ended up opting for the company.

The steps were divided into an approach with the distributor to explain the program and data integration, after that we did the appproach with the market to explain to customers. I don't have the knowledge regarding the tools used in development.

The team consisted of 10 people, including PMO, Tech Lead, Developers, Scrum Master and salesman.

I left the project right after go live, so I don't have the numbers to share.

i am the founder of a company named Pophere. Pophere is a tech startup. We are a marketplace for short term rental of empty spaces and empty store front. Those spaces are gone be used for popup store, showroom, experiences, events, and any applications that the user dont need a long term rental. Is good for the owner too, because is gone make some profit while the space is not rented.
