I'm the owner of a web design & development company. We help restaurants, bars & nightclubs with their web design and optimize it with SEO to rank higher on Google search.

We needed someone to manage our social media channels with posting professional content, answering direct messages & getting us more leads.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred to BeeBigger by a mutual friend who had used them before and said good things about them. The deciding factors for us was a good portfolio with consistent results. BeeBigger showed it all and beyond expectations. After our first consultation with them, we were 100% sure they would deliver.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After an hour meeting, they helped us identify the best audiences to target on Instagram. They then created a posting schedule, wrote our captions and researched the best hashtags. To coordinate, they used a social listening tool called IGBlade, which let us track audience engagement. They also created and managed our Instagram ads.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a personal account manager who was very professional!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our Instagram followers jumped from 0 to 4000 in the first 3 months. We also got more customers than we could anticipate so that was the biggest plus from this investment of ours.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had a video called every Monday to go over the post schedule for the week and review our ad performance. They'd also give us reports that track sales from our Instagram ads, audience engagement, Instagram impressions, and more.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were completely blown away by the type of followers that we received. They understood our problems (which was lack of sales) and created a plan to combat that. We got a new customer after just 5 days of them managing our Instagram.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Can't think of anything. They were the perfect partner for this project.
