I’m the office manager of Albuquerque Fence Company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Be in Touch Digital Marketing?

I hired them to handle our social media advertising efforts.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

To begin, we met to explain our expectations. They post pictures of our completed jobs to Facebook and interact with the users on there. Whenever we complete a job, I give them the address and they’ll go and take pictures of the process and final product.

Kim (Director of Sales and Marketing, Be in Touch Digital Marketing) is my main point of contact.

One of our clients had recommended their services.

We’ve spent around $5,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2017. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We don’t have any metrics, but our business has been very busy. On Facebook, people have been following us and I think the efforts work well. 

How did Be in Touch Digital Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We speak either through text or weekly calls. As far as responsiveness goes, Kim does really a good job. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very creative—they put a lot of thought into making serious or humorous content. Kim does a good job and is doing everything I’ve asked.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’re pretty satisfied, so I don’t have any suggestions.

I recommend a lot of communication and give her examples of what you’re looking for.
