I’m the VP of marketing for a SaaS company that provides services for the call center industry.
What challenge were you trying to address with Bay Leaf Digital?
We wanted to find new ways of demand generation, so we hired Bay Leaf.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Bay Leaf is handling our LinkedIn ads. Every week, we have check-in meetings where we review our metrics and discuss how our ads are performing.
What is the team composition?
We work with Abhi (Managing Partner) and Ashley (Client Strategist). Other people are involved behind the scenes, but we only regularly meet with Abhi and Ashley.

In other words, they have a genuine interest in how the leads progress down the pipeline. On top of that, they’re also truly interested in trying out new things. They do a great job of integrating themselves into our marketing department.

I’m the COO of Weiner’s Ltd. We sell travel-size and travel-related products.
For what projects/services did your company hire Bay Leaf Digital?
We originally hired Bay Leaf to transition us from Magento 1.72 to Magento 2.3 and handle SEO. Later, we expanded their scope to include comprehensive digital marketing.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to grow our revenue and increase the number of users filling out our new customer applications online.
How did you select this vendor?
We had phone conversations with several digital marketing agencies. Bay Leaf came recommended by our web developer and our inventory control software. We ultimately chose them because of their familiarity with our current vendors and their vision for what work needed to be done.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
After we signed with them, we had several discovery meetings to talk about our business and goals. From there, we gave them access to various tools such as our Google Analytics, Magento Admin area, and sales data. They provided various recommendations regarding SEO improvements including modifying new customer applications, restructuring categories and product pages, and automating customer engagement. They also start a blog for us. Since the initial project ended, we've continued to have bi-weekly meetings to discuss current activities and future projects.

Abhi (Managing Partner, Bay Leaf Digital) and Sandy (Business Analyst, Bay Leaf Digital) have been our primary points of contact. We’ve also communicated with other staff working on our project.

We started receiving so many new customer applications that we had to change how we processed them. The number of applications we received in one month now equals the number we used to receive in six months. This has led to a significant increase in monthly sales.

We communicate daily about current activities to ensure we hit our deadlines.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Bay Leaf’s willingness to take on activities outside the scope of work has been fantastic. For example, when we had issues with website speed, they dove deep into our server to pinpoint the cause and provided our web developer a list of items to fix.

No, not that I can think of.
