I am the CEO at an award winning, full-service project management and construction company located in Haifa. Founded in 2008, we are a market leader in the management and execution of National Outline Plan as well as Evacuation and Reconstruction projects in Haifa.

To improve customer experiences and sales and increase operational efficiency.
What were your goals for this project?
The goals were sales process optimization, focus on core competencies and growth, we were also searching for new marketing channels and sales opportinities.

Based on a recommendation.

We had few e-meetings, we defined the objectives together and they outlined the roadmap, after that we had weekly status meetings with a presentation of results or progress.
What was the team composition?
They are 2, we worked with both.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
They helped us control costs, improve quality and identify important industry trends. It is now easier for us to evaluate new projects foresee risks and assess team productivity and quality of work, on the marketing and sales part we are now able to run our activities in-house, and thus control costs.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective, they did some team training as well.

They helped introduce a new way of doing things to us, which we appreciated. They developed a process to organize our sales and marketing efforts.
