A fully functioning, professional website to be completed at the end of the time period. Success would come from seeing how well this website can convert once we started building our traffic.

Project management was very organised and professional. I had an easy time following through their process to complete the website. Everything was delivered on time the only hold ups were approvals from my end.

I would say that KAMG could have provided more guidance with the copy. Took me a while to put everything that needs to be said on the website. 

They could have also provided more time for me to make decisions on website regarding design and structure. 

Last thing the team could have given me more foresight on all the potential changes that were required in the backend.

Although we haven't started the main work with him yet, having this strategic input was essential, as it prevented us from wasting months on potential mistakes. The team also used their expert experience to advise us on key elements of the website to ensure it would be as successful as possible. 

Even though there was a significant time difference they were able to work with us during our working hours which was a huge help. Moving forward, we will only be using Kas and his team to develop any websites we need in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

We've worked with Kas on a number of Digital Marketing services, he's pretty much our marketing consultant helping us with CRO, SEO & generating more leads through both our inbound and outbound channels.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I've known Kas for a number of years through a mutual friend, but what propelled me to work with him was his extensive knowledge and expertise within the online marketing space. Kas is extremely resourceful and always provides actionable consultation.

Kas would always give me audits of my company Pulse Pixel, from our rankings and SEO score to what he see's of us online and where we can improve. Kas introduced me to the rest of his team, and would help us with several services - initially the service being LinkedIn lead generation. Him and his copywriter provided us with messaging sequences that we could use to connect with potential prospects.

This campaign went really well and thus lead to us working together on additional services, the next being CRO. Kas provided us with an extensive audit of our current CRO points, and where he felt we could improve based on our current position and budget. He helped us with our new website, from positioning to copywriting - which has since worked wonders for us since launching!

I communicated mostly with Kas, his email marketing guy, and his copywriter.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've generated dozens of more qualified leads since working together. The LinkedIn campaign we did got us 5 booked calls per week, generating us $10k monthly. The best results we had though were on a branding and visibility perspective, with us ranking higher on google for specific key terms as well as our content marketing. Our sales meetings were less resistant as prospects had a plethora of social proof and content about us beforehand, making their decision-making a lot easier since they trusted us more.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow is perfect, couldn't have been better. We had regular zoom meetings and quick comms via whatsapp.

Their innovation and ridiculously out-of-the-box ways of doing things. I think Kas' young age really is a huge advantage in his approach to how he does things.

We hired KAMG to design and build a series of automated email marketing flows in Klaviyo for our Shopify store. We needed expert support on copy, brand imagery, messaging and design.

How did you select Kas Andz Marketing Group and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed Kas and team and selected them from a short list of 6 marketing agencies. We found them initially through Upwork. We selected Kas/KAMG mainly for their clear expertise in email marketing with a proven track record. They also weren't 'salesy' and simply added value on every exploratory call we had before selecting them.

I filled out a comprehensive document about our project, brand, etc. After that, we had our kick-off call. About a week later we had all of our email marketing flows (Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Upsell, Post Purchase) setup and then I reviewed the first draft of all the flows a few days later. After 2 rounds of editing, we reached a final product we were very happy with and got the flows live in Klaviyo, our email marketing software we use.

Having direct comms through Whatsapp was a nice touch for us during this project so we could stay efficient. Kas then did a deep dive with me to see how the project went and any ways they can improve for the future.

Most of my work was with Kas directly who's CEO. I also spoke many times with Ron, however, the COO. The team behind them of copywriters and designers I was aware of, but didn't interact with them directly day-to-day.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The flows have high open rates so far but more testing needs to be done over the next 30-90 days. Also need more time to measure click thru rates and revenue conversion rates.

It was effective. I really enjoy using Whatsapp vs email.

Kas/KAMG have insights above and beyond other marketing agencies I've worked with in the past. They have taken a unique approach to our brand that didn't feel imitative.

Project could have been done a bit more efficiently, but overall I'm very happy with the team and would highly recommend anyone else to use their services for strategic email marketing.
