I am the marketing director for a home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, located in Vancouver, WA.
For what projects/services did your company hire B Code, and what were your goals?
We hired them to manage our Google ads account and our grant account.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We got fortunate when the founder created B Code after the dissolution of a company he previously worked for. He had done so much for us that we sought him out and we’re delighted to find out that he had started his own company. That was years ago now.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.
The key deliverables are clickthroughs to our website and form fills, of which B Code has done an outstanding job. Better than anyone we’ve ever worked with.

One of the founders.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We went from spending only $1k of our $10k budget to consistently spending the whole amount, month after month. Sometimes, somehow, B Code even managed to get the grant over 10k. This and their management of our paid account has taken our website form fills from under 10 per year to almost as many per MONTH.

Great communication, very organized, succinct but informative on-time reporting.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
That they were able to spend our entire grant and more than double the amount of residents we have.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a senior account manager at a digital advertising company specializing in paid search. We handle SEM, PPC, and more.
What challenge were you trying to address with B Code?
We have numerous clients with difficulties with attributing leads to particular paid channels. We hired them to pinpoint exactly where the lead flows were going and to automate the lead flow process for our clients’ sales teams.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We engaged B Code for a combination of web design and analytics services that go beyond our in-house capabilities. In terms of web design, all most of our clients needed was a light redesign and backend changes. From there, they implemented an SEO strategy that was personalized to each client, handling keyword research. Their work in that area expanded upon the paid search work our team does.
They’ve also successfully linked and tracked conversions through third-party integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot. Their work included automating the conversion tracking process that allowed us to find bright spots and weaknesses on the PPC side.
What is the team composition?
There were about five of their team members working on the project. Alex (CEO, B Code) helped us get started with them.
How did you come to work with B Code?
A few of my past colleagues built up a startup with a couple of their former employees. So, they came into the process very familiar with our systems, which was incredibly helpful.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve spent about $15,000 on the project.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our efforts together started in January 2019, and they’re still completing ongoing work for us.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve seen dramatic increases in the numbers of attributable conversions for our clients. Their work has given us an accurate idea of where success is happening and where we can improve for our customers.
How did B Code perform from a project management standpoint?
It was an incredibly seamless process. Directly after onboarding, they were on the ball. From there on, their execution was effective. It was easy connecting with them through conference calls, email, and phone, too.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’ve never been able to track down a partner capable of taking conversion tracking all the way through the sales process. They’ve brought multiple platforms together really effectively. We’ve never had a partner so specialized in lead tracking and automation.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, everything has been seamless so far. I’m more than happy with their work.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Go into the partnership with a clear idea of your project and goals. That’s the most important thing.
