My name is Marcus McKinley and I am the owner/operator of Ultimate Reflections Towing. We were founded in 2016 because I seen a need for a towing service that provides people with top notch customer service as most towing or wrecker services do not provide great customer service.

Ultimate Reflections wanted to increase our organic rankings in the Search Engines. We wanted to be number one on Google organically.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to become number 1 organically while also taking top rankings in the Google Map Pack.

How did you select this vendor?

My team and I searched long and hard for a digital marketing company. We wanted someone that could provide us with white hat SEO. We came across Aziel Digital in a social media group we were mutually involved with.

After we selected Aziel Digital for our digital marketing, a very quick appointment and consultation was arranged where we went over the services in detail and completed a website audit to see what services best fit our needs. After reviewing, we resolved on a service package and Aziel Digital began their work almost immediately.

I’ve worked closely and gotten to know Daniel of Aziel Digital really well. He was my point of contact and it was great because there was no miscommunication as if it were someone different each meeting.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since beginning our work with Aziel Digital, our company has had a 70% increase in visitation to our site and we are steadily increasing in ranking each week. We started off being on the second page of google for some select keywords, but after just a short time frame, we are on the first page of Google and in the 3-4 position.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very effective. Daniel kept everything very organized and meetings moved very smoothly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I found their customer service to be the most impressive thing about them along with their knowledge.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I couldn’t recommend any areas of improvement for Aziel Digital.
