Please describe your company and your position there.
My wife and I own Triangle Media, a company that provides audio and video services that help companies get their message out through social media and other channels. We also produce podcasts.
For what projects/services did your company hire Axia Public Relations?
Nobody really offers a menu of services like ours, so there wasn't any website we could point to and say, "We want something like that." We needed to prioritize our offerings and find a clear, effective way to present them online.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We've worked with Axia on multiple projects. In fact, we produce Jason Mudd's podcast, "On Top of PR." They made it a point to fully understand our business and what we needed. They asked the right questions and weren't afraid to give us answers we maybe didn't want to hear at the time.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
The first thing Axia did -- and this goes beyond website design -- was help us define ourselves. We had a hodgepodge of services that we offered but no real overriding vision or message. With their help, we were able to focus on our most popular, profitable products. Once we did that, it was a matter of actually designing the website and then training us how to maintain it once the project was complete.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We mainly worked with owner/CEO Jason Mudd and Axia's web designers. Several other Axia team members contributed to the discussions.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our number of website visits quadrupled within three months and the leads were more qualified because had a better idea what services we offered. We didn't have to explain ourselves as much because most of the information was already on the website.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We worked great with Jason, Brandon and the team. Always responsive and helpful.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They offer the services of a huge corporation with the personalized feel of a smaller company. The owner is very hands-on. There aren't layers of bureaucracy you have to go through to get an answer on something. They move fast.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Can't really think of anything.
Thanks to Axia Public Relations, the number of website visits quadrupled within three months. Furthermore, the leads were more qualified because they had a better idea of the services offered. Throughout the engagement, the team communicated effectively and was quick in implementing adjustments.
