The challenge was to design a very complex and colorful detailed report and dashboard to showcase invoice and utilization

We’ve designed a system from scratch and added functionality on opportunity, opportunity line item and revenue scheduling for products to manage trailers rent and utilization. We’ve also created a full-fledged color coding mechanism to manage in invoices filter.

Avankia’s DBSync to communicate Salesforce with QuickBooks (desktop) application. We did end to end setup of the DBSync, field mapping, scheduling and created buttons to sync in real time.

They were managing multiple portals; the challenge was to put together a single portal which can manage all applicants from

various third party sources.

We’ve created a single portal and integrated various third party systems with it to manage the applicant’s (lead) process and also implemented a faculty management system within the portal for the assignment of faculty with respect to the course chosen by students.
