Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm working as a Content Specialist for the Digital Marketing agency Rebold. My team manages link building campaigns for different clients.

For what projects/services did your company hire AWISEE?

We needed to publish many articles for our client on different countries. Since we don't have enough contacts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we hired Awisee to cover these coutries.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for link building parteners and selected Awisee because it covered the coutries we needed for our campaign.

After we indicated what we needed, we received a list of sites from Awisee. We selected the best ones and sent a brief. After approving the articles, they were published on the selected sites as requested. We were also able to ask for some edits when needed.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with 4 different account managers over the months of our collaboration.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our client was satisfied with the content produced and published. Thanks to our collaboration we were able to meet all the clint's requests.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was fast and all the edits requested were completed. We only had some problems when having to change some sites at short notice.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Camparing Awisee with other suppliers we worked with, the process was faster and they were able to provide sites from difficult countries (for example Austria).

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would be more efficient if the editors are contacted from the account managers before confirming the collaboration. Otherwise it often happens that they ask us to change them.
