We needed help with storage and online order fulfillment.

Awesome Solutions 3PL provides same-day shipping for all orders before 3:00 PM. They also handle receiving, storage, inventory tracking, and return processing.

We work with three teammates from Awesome Solutions 3PL.

We found them online when searching for potential partners. We chose them because they have a lot of experience and connections within this space. Moreover, they're very responsive and all-around good people.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them around February 2025, and our partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Awesome Solutions 3PL's work has resulted in fulfillment efficiency, inventory management, cost control, and customer satisfaction. They save us time and money from having to handle these operations ourselves. We're a small team, so having one less task to assign to our team is greatly beneficial. Since they handle storage for us, that's another headache gone.

How did Awesome Solutions 3PL perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time while making us feel reassured that everything is going smoothly. We communicate mainly through Slack, where we have a dedicated channel for our brand. We also use phone calls and text messages. We have tiered pricing for storage based on the number of pallets. Shipping prices depend on where the package is being sent.
