Initially, our advertising campaigns were built on a "maximum conversions" strategy, but we've now switched to a "target ROAS" strategy. Initially, conversions were growing month after month, but then we decided to focus on increasing the average order value and reducing the number of small orders. There's still room for improvement, but we're achieving our goals.

We hadn't worked with SEO before and decided to hire Aweb to see how they would approach our task of improving the keyword positions our site was already ranking for, and to work on other priority areas we were working on. We agreed that Aweb would work with us for 3 months. And during these 3 months they should do a full analysis of the website, purchase links and build a further strategy to purchase links to the website, as well as prepare recommendations on content.
In the first month Aweb conducted a technical audit of the website and prepared a list of errors that need to be corrected, as well as prepared recommendations of Google assessors. We agreed the prioritized service pages and the Aweb team collected keywords. 
Once the instructions for the copywriters were ready, the copywriters started writing the texts according to Aweb's recommendations. After updating the content on the pages a few days later, we already noticed the results. The positions started to grow.

Before we started, we agreed on a strategy, a work plan, and the advertising campaigns to be created and launched in order to achieve the project goal. PPC specialist analyzed the market and our competitors, prepared a prototype for search advertising campaigns, and created advertisements. We also received instructions for preparing images for media campaigns to be launched later.

At the same time, the specialist was involved in setting up the Facebook ad cabinet and preparing the campaigns for launch. After launching the search advertising campaigns, we immediately noticed a positive trend in terms of referrals. Many users interested in our services started visiting our website and we received registrations.

At the same time, we were in contact with Aweb team regarding the finalization of landing pages for the services that we offer, as due to the fact that the website was developed quite recently, it was a bit raw and needed to be filled with content to make the campaigns more effective.

As a result of working together, we managed to get around 160 registrations in the second period. Unfortunately, due to the fact that we need more time to complete the website, fill it with content and improve the marketing strategy, we have temporarily put the work with Aweb on hold.

The first stage of work included several types of website analysis: a technical audit of the website (the website had many technical errors), analysis of compliance with the instructions for Google assessors, analysis of the website's backlink profile and development of a link building strategy, as well as collection of the semantic core. 

The team analyzed competitors in the niche to identify growth points and develop a further strategy. After the analytical stage and the implemented changes suggested by Aweb, the first positive results began to appear. Organic traffic to the website began to grow, and the top priority group reached the TOP 10. The next stages consisted of actions focused on external website optimization, creation of new optimized pages, and work with reviews.

I really liked the systematic approach to work. In order to understand at least a little about the topic, a few years ago I took courses in SEO. This gave me knowledge of the principles of promotion and its main stages.

Aweb is not the first SEO company that I have worked with, but I have not seen such a system in other companies. Aweb employees clearly went through all the points of website promotion, which in the end gave a good result.

Since I write the texts for the site myself, it was difficult for me to keep up with the SEO specialists. It took me more time to write than it took them to plan the next phase of work.
