We began by conducting numerous calls and meetings to ensure we were on the same page. The key tasks involved were:

1. Developing a captivating video concept for the commercial.
2. Creating storyboards and visualizations to outline the video's flow.
3. Planning and organizing all the necessary elements for the shoot, such as scouting locations, casting actors, obtaining permits, and establishing a production timeline.
4. Overseeing the filming process to maintain quality control.
5. Conducting post-production work, including video editing, incorporating visual effects, motion graphics, sound design, and background music.
6. Undertaking a complete rebranding of the website. The existing branding didn't meet our standards, so our goal was to create an entirely fresh and appealing brand identity.
7. Enhancing brand awareness through social media channels.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We observed a significant increase in views and engagement, indicating a greater level of audience interest and interaction with the commercial video. Our efforts led to improved conversion rates, with a noticeable uptick in desired actions such as product sales or website sign-ups.

We successfully achieved enhanced brand awareness and a positive brand perception. This was evident through the increase in brand mentions, social media followers, website traffic, and improved sentiment analysis, all indicating a stronger connection between the audience and the brand.

The project management was excellent. All deliverables were completed on time, and we strictly adhered to fixed deadlines. We maintained effective communication through online chat, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the project.

Upon receiving the branding concepts, we were immediately captivated and made the enthusiastic decision to leverage Facebook and TikTok ads for our promotional campaigns. These platforms delivered exceptional results, prompting the AWA team to recommend influencer marketing, and we did it.

I had the pleasure of working with AWA to address the challenge of maintaining a steady flow of clients for my brand. Previously, I faced irregular requests, with some months bringing in 10 orders and others only 1 or 2. AWA's team came up with several creative concepts for our photoshoots, which greatly contributed to the growth of our Instagram account. 

Their expertise in developing captivating visuals played a crucial role in attracting attention and engagement. Each month, the team created around 10 different advertising banners for our campaigns. We initially focused on advertising within Ukraine but later expanded our reach to test the European market, especially during the quarantine period. 

As our sales began to show promising results, we gradually increased our advertising budget threefold, starting from a $300 monthly investment. AWA also devised a social media and influencer strategy that allowed us to connect with fashion designers, photographers, and prominent figures in the Ukrainian fashion industry. 

The overall return on advertising spend (ROAS) reached an impressive 700%. Working with AWA was a valuable experience, and I deeply appreciate their dedication and commitment to achieving exceptional results. Although my brand's journey was cut short, I am grateful for the impact AWA had on my business and the opportunities they helped create.

As I wrote earlier, with paid advertising and advertising with Influencers, we have sold over 100 products with a minimum value of $200. ROAS reached 700%, followers growth +3000

In general, responded quickly to unusual situations, for example: Influencer posted a stopis with incorrect information. The team monitored the time of publication and noticed it quickly. 

According to the agreements, the Influencer was supposed to send it for verification, but it did not. Since my project was one of their first, the team was heavily involved and worried about every up or down. There were a few delays on ad banner designs, but they were minor + I was warned in advance

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really like their creative vision in content, they know how to properly sell a product to an audience. They also did a very detailed analysis of the target audience, which made it much easier for me to understand what content is needed and how to talk to the audience correctly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AWA Agency could have done differently?

I am really happy with the work of AWA Agency. They did a great job. However, if I had to mention something they could have done differently, it would be exploring other advertising platforms and targeting specific regions in Europe like TikTok.
