We worked with Avogtal to augment our engineering team to support us through our rebranding efforts.

What were your goals for this project?

We were in the process of redesigning our brand’s outlook, and wanted to develop new apps that would help us gain new ground in the furniture retail vertical.

One of our partner companies had worked with Avogtal, and we had heard some pretty amazing things about them. I’m glad to say that we weren’t disappointed

Describe the project in detail.

We wanted to build new web and cross platform mobile apps from scratch to go along our rebranding efforts. The engineers avogtal provided were technically proficient and exceled at communication and project management. They delivered high quality products well before the stipulated deadlines.

What was the team composition?

There were a total of twelve team members; Two PMs, eight Engineers, two UI/UX specialists

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our rebranding efforts were very successful, and we were able to almost triple our customers during the first quarter.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The projects were delivered on time and we never faced any issues with regards to complacency, productivity, or performance. We are very happy with the results.

Their proactive approach when it came to suggesting and adding valuable features stood out.

No, the team is very talented and the resources are worthy of every praise.

I’m the head of marketing for a management consulting firm. We offer consultation, managed security services, appraisals, and training to our clients.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed an internal web app that would help our sales and marketing team to manage several business activities.

How did you select this vendor?

We’d worked with other offshore companies, but their work didn’t satisfy our requirements. A sales rep from Avogtal reached out via email about their services. I then had a detailed call with their sales manager who made an appealing initial offer. We agreed to work together for a two-week pilot. Avogtal performed well, so we brought them onto the main project.

Avogtal built the web app in React per our requirements. They created features that allow our sales and marketing team to work effectively across multiple regions around the world. It also integrates with our other internal tools.

What was the team composition?

We worked with frontend engineers, backend engineers, a project manager, and a UX designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The application helped us automate workflows for non-valuable activities. Our productivity increased, and the number of closed opportunities grew from the previous quarter.

Avogtal managed a streamlined, transparent collaboration. The team responded quickly to our queries and offered a reporting mechanism that helped us monitor the project’s status.

Avogtal demonstrated a commitment to building a relationship with their clients. On occasion, their developers came to our offices, allowing us to work more efficiently and complete the project on time.

We would have preferred to have completed this project earlier, but we’re otherwise thrilled with their work.

I am the Marketing manager of a Localization firm. We provide Transparent, Intuitive and Cost-effective translation services to customers who need their documents/web/video contents translated with high-quality and speed.

We wanted to build an online portal where our customers can upload their files they wanted to translate, they can track the progress of their tasks and can also connect with our translators.

Goal of the project is to provide state of the art customer services to our clients so that we can provide the best and transparent services.

How did you select this vendor?

We were looking for a dedicated team who can fulfill our requirements. So one of my team members approached by their BD representative and we scheduled a call with them to see their portfolio. And we gave them a trial project to see either they will be a perfect match for this project or not. And we were satisfied with their services and finalized them for this project.

Avogtal builds an online portal for us where our customers connect with us and track their projects. We wanted to build a system which brings transparency in our processes so that our customers can get high quality of services on time without any additional cost.

What was the team composition?

The team was consisting of their Front and Back end developers and there was a project manager who was managing the whole project and was in contact with us so that we can provide them the feedback.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our customers are very happy with this initiative and their feedback was really good. Due to this transparency, our sales increased and our management is really happy with the results.

Their team was in consistent contact with us and their project manager handles the project really well. They responded to our queries in a proper manner and deliver the project on time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their team is highly specialized and worked on latest technologies. Their frontend and design teams design a great user experience.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think there prices are little high.

Because we operate globally, we needed a solution to support our workflow and maintain our leads, opportunities, and online engagement daily.

We met with their team to discuss our requirement of a fully integrated application with all of our online portals. We granted Avogtal a one-week test so that we could gauge their potential. Once we were satisfied with their work, we elected to hire them for the full project.
