We are a software development company that always beats the heart with digital to develop the technologies of the future.I am both the brand manager and software engineer of the company.
For what projects/services did your company hire AVALON Media?
We needed a company introduction film for our company to introduce itself. We reached an agreement with Avalon Media within this scope and started to work.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goal is to introduce our company profile and capabilities, and to explain the services we provide to our prospective customers. We planned the production of the movie to share in customer presentations, on our website and on our social media channels.
How did you select AVALON Media?
We met Avalon Media with the recommendation of one of our customers. We had received offers from 4-5 different companies like them. But Avalon Media was able to convince us with its capabilities, demos and pricing.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
First of all, we had 2-3 different brief meetings to understand our work and to get to know our company correctly. We helped them with documents promoting our company.
After analyzing our industry and our competitors, they prepared a movie stream and storyboard in line with our expectations. Then they delivered the film at the end of the camera recording and editing process. We revised it once and we approved the movie.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
their teams were competent, experienced and organized. They employed expert teammates for each different job. Especially, I think the editing team understood us well.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We shared the movie with our customers and stakeholders and got positive appreciation from them. The video we shared on Youtube received thousands of views.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The project manager and director worked very well with us from the very beginning. They always kept their communication channels open.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We found exactly what we were looking for with Avalon Media. They create effective videos and we are really happy with it. When the scenario and the storyboard came I was just so impress with their creativity. They took what could be a really boring software film topic to a whole new level.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I don't think so. If you need something that they’re going to remember, something that belongs only to your brand, they can give you that.
AVALON Media finished the output and it received positive feedback and appreciation from the client's customers and stakeholders. The video is currently uploaded on YouTube with thousands of views. The team was able to keep its communication channels open throughout the engagement.
