I am the president and founder of a company that provides sales outsourcing and appointment setting services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Automata?

We were looking to find leads and prospects that we could engage with on behalf of our clients to book appointments and sell them services. There were several different list sources that varied in quality, and we needed a partner that could leverage the newest tools and technologies to find high-quality leads that aligned with our target customer profile.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Automata provides leads from various sources according to our needs. We have very complex and detailed requests around what types of contacts we’re looking for, and they’ve been able to meet our requirements and deliver high-quality results. They’ve implemented a variety of tools and strategies to assist in our search. They also scrape sites and do research on news, sites, job boards, etc. to find potential prospects.

What is the team composition?

I work with their head of client services, who goes over our requirements with us and interfaces with their data team accordingly.

We found them via Google search and thought they seemed like a good partner.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $30,000 on the project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in November of 2016, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since starting our partnership with Automata, the total amount of time it takes us to find the right company, make the calls, get in touch with the right people, and book an appointment has decreased by 25%. This has had a tremendous impact on our overall productivity, and the quality of these lists has led to an increase in client retention rates as well.

How did Automata perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve performed very well. We work collaboratively in defining the parameters of our requests, and they help us with strategy every step of the process. We communicate via phone, email, and request forms.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The lists that they’ve provided thus far have been remarkable. They provide a very unique and high-quality product in a field that’s dominated by “cookie-cutter” vendors.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing comes to mind.

Think about the best ways to utilize their services before engaging with them, and they will implement unique and unconventional solutions.
