Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the president and founder of a company that provides sales outsourcing and appointment setting services.
What challenge were you trying to address with Automata?
We were looking to find leads and prospects that we could engage with on behalf of our clients to book appointments and sell them services. There were several different list sources that varied in quality, and we needed a partner that could leverage the newest tools and technologies to find high-quality leads that aligned with our target customer profile.

Automata provides leads from various sources according to our needs. We have very complex and detailed requests around what types of contacts we’re looking for, and they’ve been able to meet our requirements and deliver high-quality results. They’ve implemented a variety of tools and strategies to assist in our search. They also scrape sites and do research on news, sites, job boards, etc. to find potential prospects.

Since starting our partnership with Automata, the total amount of time it takes us to find the right company, make the calls, get in touch with the right people, and book an appointment has decreased by 25%. This has had a tremendous impact on our overall productivity, and the quality of these lists has led to an increase in client retention rates as well.
